A History of Video Games

Located in the neighbourhood of Saint Germain des Prés and the Bon Marché department store, the Fondation EDF is hosting a free exhibition dedicated to the history of video games, a both interesting and entertaining way to spend one hour (or two if you’re an addict!) between two walks. Adults will enjoy a nostalgic trip and everyone will be amazed by the latest technologies.

All the classics of video games are on display on three floors… and can be actually played! From the first one, “Pong”, in the 70s, to the latest ones using virtual reality (particularly one where you can fly over Paris). Not to mention all the historic milestones like Space Invaders or Sonic. The most recent games and the future of video games are also focused on, with a special interest in graphic design.
