Fête de la Musique

Every 21st of June, on the first day of summer, music is celebrated in France and particularly in Paris through free concerts and events taking place all night long all over the city from 6 PM.

The website below features an interactive map showing all events throughout the country, so you’ll have to zoom in on Paris to discover the performances registered in the capital. Anyway, the number of events makes it difficult to plan your night and the best way to enjoy this colorful celebration may be to wander and stroll from one neighborhood to the next. Put on your sneakers!

We made a selection of the best events according to us, though. We picked performances in the center only, easily accessible, ranging from classical music to rock, world music and chanson, mostly outdoor.
